Ken Frank becomes Managing Director of See Tickets Switzerland

Ken Frank will take over the management of See Tickets Switzerland on 1 October 2020. After several years as COO of Starticket AG, where he was responsible for Client Success Management, Customer Services and Event Services, he was appointed Chief Product Officer and Deputy CEO in 2016. Ken Frank succeeds Christof Zogg, who has decided to leave the company and take on a new challenge.

Heinz Aellig new Chief Product Officer. The position of Chief Product Officer was also filled internally on 1 September 2020: With Heinz Aellig, a long-standing employee who has sound knowledge in the areas of software and product development and project management and over 20 years of experience in the industry is also joining the company.

See Tickets took over Starticket from the TX Group (formerly Tamedia) on 1 January 2020 and is one of the leading providers in the global ticketing market. In addition to Switzerland, See Tickets is active in eight other European countries (Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom) as well as in the United States and employs a total of over 500 people.
